ART TO TAKE - the little fair of Fine Art

PAINTINGS - PRINTS - OBJECTS - SCULPTURES

The historical plant Maste Barendorf in Iserlohn with its museums and studios combines the past, the present, and the future. The conception of preserving and collecting is an obvious programme. It is here that the ancient industrial architecture of half-timbered buildings integrate quite modern parts, creating a tangible harmony between the old and the new. This is the background, where since 2003 ART TO TAKE, in cooperation with the Stadtmuseum, regularly organizes exhibitions, attracting visitors from far beyond our city.

ART TO TAKE presents artists of this district. The exhibitions have the nature of a little fair of fine art. It is the intention of ART TO TAKE not only to show paintings or sculptures but also small series of prints and multiples. The artists are present and quite at the visitors disposal for dialogues and informations.
